Refunds

Under EU law, you have a seven working day 'cooling-off' period in which you may return items. Items returned in original condition will be eligible for a full refund.

Returns must be packaged securely, and will only be accepted where previous authorisation has been gained. None of these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
