Goods purchased via the website either by ecommerce, by phone or by post are despatched by those providing the service within a maximum of 28 days of receipt of the order. It is the aim of Investment Management Review magazine to get goods out as soon as is practicable but this will depend on various factors. Should there be a shortfall of product due to a shortage for whatever reason the customer will be notified within 48 hours and the customer is given the option for a full refund if paid by ecommerce and the order cancelled or to continue with the order having been given a time scale of despatch.

Subscriptions ordered via the website will start from the next issue following the date ordered. As this may be some weeks away, the order is acknowledged within 7 days of the order.

3. Credit card details

Investment Management Review magazine understands the natural concerns you may have about entering sensitive personal or credit card details. We would therefore like to assure you that this information is stored securely on a remote server and only aspects required for online transactional purposes are held online.

4. All prices are quoted in UK £ sterling.

Investment Management Review magazine and it’s products and services are also available by telephone or by post with a crossed cheque.

If goods are received damaged or in any way incorrect Investment Management Review magazine should be notified in writing as soon as is practicable but certainly in not more than 14 days of receipt of goods. Investment Management Review magazine may request that the goods are returned and these are returned at the cost of the customer.

Cancellations can be made at any time after ordering and if it is at all possible the order will be stopped and a full refund given.

5. Software license agreement

Any software which you download from our web site is governed by (i) the license terms accompanying the software file; (ii) if no license terms accompany the software file, the terms of the license agreement which accompanied the original product licensed by you which you are updating; or (iii) the terms of any written software license agreement signed by you and Investment Management Review magazine covering the software being downloaded.
